Anti-reflection (AR) coating removes glare from the front and back of the lens, improving clarity especially at night and on screens. Blue-light filters specifically reduce the high-energy visible light emitted by screens. Many modern lenses combine both. If you spend hours on devices, a combined coating is the most comfortable choice.
