How do I provide my prescription?
You can upload a photo, enter it manually, send it later on WhatsApp, or visit any branch for a free eye test.
What is the delivery time?
Ready items ship in 1–3 business days. Prescription lenses take 3–7 days depending on the lens type.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Frames and unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Custom prescription lenses are non-returnable unless faulty.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — frames carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, card on delivery, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and bank transfer.
